You can track your order using the following options:
Check your order status using your order number and email address used to place the order.
Simply enter the details on this page and click track order to view the progress of your order and track via the courier company website once despatched.
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (For order value over $15AUD).
Follow the link in the email, or visit the courier company website and enter the tracking number to track your delivery.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the courier company website once you receive your tracking number. For order value less than $15AUD, we may sent it via Australia Post Economy Post (e.g. Untracked Letter service) where tracking service is not available. If your order status is shipped but no tracking number available, please contact us for more information.
