Click & Collect is a service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our warehouse in Clayton, Melbourne. Order before 9am for same day pick up. We will email & text you to let you know as soon as your order is ready. What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our warehouse based in Clayton, Melbourne.

We will send you a Ready for Collection email and text message (if mobile number provided on the order) when your order is ready. Service opens on weekdays between 11am to 4pm.

When can I expect my Click and Collect order to be ready?
Orders placed before 9am will be available for same business day collection. Orders placed after 9am may not be ready until the following business day. To avoid disappointment, please wait until you have received an email / text confirming your order is available to collect.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?

Step 1.Browse products and check availability.

Find your product, select your preferred colour/size (if any) and check stock availability.

Step 2. Add to cart and head to checkout.

Add the products to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.

Step 3. Choose “Click and Collect” and complete your order.

From the checkout page, select shipping method of “Click and Collect” and complete your order.

Step 4. We’ll confirm your order.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes details of your order. You will also receive an email and text message (if mobile number provided on the order) when your order is ready to collect.

Step 5. Pick Up Your Order.

Now all you have to do is collect your order! All Click & Collect orders can be collected from the receiption desk.

When collecting your order instore please make sure that you bring the following:

  • Valid photo ID# and
  • Your order number

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. 

Valid photo ID includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Blind Citizens Card, Proof of Age card or Police, Government or Armed Services identification card.

Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?

You can modify your Click & Collect order at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you would like to cancel the order, please note the click and collect processing fee is non-refundable.

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is FREE for orders of $50 or more, use coupon FREE-PICKUP-OVER50 if it didn’t applied automatically.

We have a non-refundable $5 service fee for orders less than $50. This fee covers part of the cost for our team members to individually process, store and contact you for your order.

How long are orders kept for collection?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. 

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

Whether picking up your order yourself or on behalf of someone else you will need to bring:

  • Valid photo ID# and
  • Your order number

The nominated name on the ‘Confirmation Order’ email must match the name on the photo ID.

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.

My order was confirmed but I have been contacted that an item is out of stock. Why is this?

On occasion an item in stock may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in this instance.

I’ve collected my order but it’s not what I was after. Can I return my items if they are not suitable?

Yes. If an item is not quite right we will happily exchange or refund the item for you in line with Zmart Australia Return Policy. Read more about Zmart Australia Return Policy.

What happens if I cannot get into store to pick up my order?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be released to the stock. Please contact the Customer Service if you’re unable to collect in that time frame.

If you wish to cancel your order, this can be done anytime. Simply contact our support team for more information. Please note the click & collect processing fee is non-refundable.
